Transferring Tickets
Once you’ve purchased tickets, you can easily transfer them to anyone else age 13+. The process is simple!
From the Ticket Hoss App Navigation:
- Open your Tickets
- Select the Event that contains Tickets you want to transfer
- Scroll down and tap the white “Transfer Tickets” button just below your Ticket
- Select all of the Tickets you want to transfer to a single person by tapping on them to select them
- When you’ve selected all of the ticket types you want to transfer, tap “Continue”
- Use the orange plus (+) sign to search your contacts, or enter the Name and Phone Number for the person you’re transferring tickets to
- Tap “Transfer Ticket”
- The Ticket Recipient will receive a text message with links to download the Ticket Hoss app to receive their tickets
- They’ll be prompted to sign up, and then the tickets will be immediately available in their Ticket Hoss App
- You’ll also receive a text message notifying you that the tickets have been transferred
Reversing a Ticket Transfer
If plans change, you can easily reverse a ticket transfer (as long as you were the Ticket Purchaser). The process is simple!
From the Ticket Hoss App Navigation:
- Open your Tickets
- Select the Event that contains Tickets you want to pull back into your account
- Find the transferred Ticket, scroll down and tap the white “Return Tickets” button just below your Ticket
- Select all of the Tickets you want to return by tapping to select them
- When you’ve selected all of the ticket types you want to return, tap “Continue”
- Confirm the reversal by tapping “Yes Return My Ticket”
- Your ticket transfer is immediately reversed and the ticket is available for use in your app account
- The Ticket Recipient will receive a text message notifying them that you reversed the ticket transfer
- You’ll also receive a text message notifying you that the tickets have been returned
