Trouble Signing In
Have a new mobile phone number?
- Sign in with your previous phone number if you still have access to your phone
- Update your phone number by going to “MENU” then tapping on Your Name
- Tap the pencil icon to edit your Profile
- You’ll see where you can update / edit your phone number.
If you don’t have access to text messages on your old phone number, please submit a Support Request to the Ticket Hoss Team so we can update your phone number for you.
