What you need to bring:

• Your Mobile Device with Your Mobile Tickets in Your App
  • Tickets will be under “Tickets” in Your Ticket Hoss App

Check-In Location

• Proceed directly to the grandstand entrance gates for quick and easy access.

• Some tracks may have a designated entrance. Check the FAQ section for the track or event you’re attending.

No Service / Trouble Accessing the App

• If you don’t have internet connectivity, you won’t be able to buy a ticket, transfer a ticket, or reverse a transfer, but you will be able to access your tickets.

• If for some reason you cannot access your ticket, don’t worry! The track attendant can check you in with the photo ID of the ticket purchaser or ticket holder.
