App Support / Troubleshooting

If you’re having technical trouble with the app or not seeing a certain feature, there are a few quick fixes you can try.

Updating your app

  • If you’re not on the latest version of the app, you might not be able to access the newest features. Keeping your app updated ensures you can access all the latest and greatest features.
  • To update your app or to check if you are on the latest version, visit the app store on your device, search “Ticket Hoss” and see if there’s an option to update. If so, simply tap “Update.”

Helpful Info When Submitting a Support Request

Device type / operating system

  • It’s helpful to know if you’re on an iPhone or Android, along with your device type and what version of the operating system you’re on.

Screenshots

  • Screenshots showing error messages, what you’re seeing, etc. can be very useful when we’re trying to help with a support request.

Detailed description of what you’re trying to do

  • The more info we have, the better! The more details you can provide up front, the faster we can get things sorted out.

Best Practices if You are Having App Issues

Logout / Login

  • This should be your first step if you are having any technical trouble with the app, or not seeing what you expect.

Delete and Reinstall

  • If logging out and logging back in doesn’t resolve the issue, deleting the Ticket Hoss App from your device, then reinstalling the app is the next thing to try. This will resolve 99% of technical issues with the app. And don’t worry, all if your information and tickets will still be there.
