Trouble Signing Up
Mobile Number
Your mobile phone number is your Account ID on the Ticket Hoss App, so you must have your own mobile number to sign up for Ticket Hoss. Only one person is allowed to sign up under each phone number.
If you do NOT share your mobile phone number with anyone and believe you’re seeing this in error, first make sure you are typing your number correctly.
If you’re signing in or signing up and know that no one else is using your phone number or email address, please submit a Support Request to the Ticket Hoss Team so we can help you get set up.
Email address
You must also have your own email address to create a Ticket Hoss account.
If you share an email with someone else, you will need to create your own email address if the person you share it with has already signed up for a Ticket Hoss account.
Tip: You can quickly set up a free email account with Gmail or many other email providers.
If you’re signing in or signing up and know that no one else is using your phone number or email address, please submit a Support Request to the Ticket Hoss Team so we can help you get set up.
Verification code
If you did NOT receive your verification code, you can check your phone number and edit it if necessary and then try resending the code.
If you’ve tried resending and you know that your mobile number was entered correctly, but you still did not receive your verification code in your text messages after 60 seconds, please submit a Support Request to the Ticket Hoss Team.
